Phenomenal staff, the Valet team is extremely friendly and they do a great job! The bell staff really makes you feel right at home. From check in to checkout it was truly incredible. Hands down the best staff I've ever seen.

What a great staff! A minor thing went wrong, when I said it was no big deal, the response from Casey was, "but it is, you're my guest and I want to take care of you." Wow!! They corrected the problem and gave me a little something extra to make up for it. They're good people here! And Casey's a stand out anywhere.

Tally is the absolute best. She is so knowledgable, kind, and patient with customers. She does everything from retail, management, event planning, customer outreach, marketing, sales, you name it. I see her managing a spa in the near future. Not sure if it will be here, but I can see her at 5 star resort for sure. Thank you for your hospitality, professionalism, and success you bring to the community and company.

Fantastic service especially the valet. BUT. Horrible elevators Great coffee in morning Wonderful Villa suites well appointed right across from the beach. Super friendly people and extra touches like fresh water with fruit in the lobby In MAJOR need of a redo for the elevator you could wait 10 minutes at peak and one just shut down. It's the only reason I can't give them 5 stars. The owner needs to shutdown and fix this immediately or risk loss of revenue

Very nice resort. Nice pool. Rooms are pretty big. The food in the cafe in the pool is just ok. As a resort for relaxing is perfect
